Pure and fragrant, our Venezuelan white chocolate is made only with cacao butter which accounts for about 55% of the cacao beans composition and therefore carries an incredible amount of cacao flavor and aroma.  Our source white chocolate has taken Gold multiple times at the International Chocolate Awards, including consecutive wins from 2012-1016.

Our white chocolate does not contain any other butter than cacao butter and is gluten free.

We only infuse our chocolates with the finest CO2 oil and never use BHO.
